E-Notify for Court Case Notifications
E-Notify is a service that provides registered users with mobile text and/or e-mail reminders about upcoming court events. The service is available for anyone with a Felony, Misdemeanor or Criminal Traffic case(s). E-Notify is a collaboration between your local Clerk of Court and several of its strategic partners including the Florida Courts, the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation (CCOC) and the Association of Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC) and the Florida Legislature.
How do I sign up for the E-Notify service? Sign up by clicking on the link above and following the instructions. We advise you to watch the above video that provides important points on how to complete the process. Follow these steps to sign up:
Create an account by filling out your name, email address, mobile phone number and password.
Verify your email contact information by going to the Notification Settings and click on the email “Verify” button. After receiving an email, click on the “Activate Your Account” button in the email.
Verify your mobile phone contact information by going to Notification Settings and click on the mobile number “Verify” button. After receiving the text message, you must enter the 5-digit pass code to validate your mobile phone number.
You have the option to receive email notifications only, mobile phone texts alerts only or both.
By default, you will receive notification reminders 14 days, 7 days and 1 day before court events.
Click on “Case Search” to set up notifications for court events related to a case. You can search for a case in three ways
Clerk Case Number
Uniform Case Number
Party Information
Click on the appropriate county and enter the case number or defendant information. It is important to follow the directions exactly and include all numbers including all zeros, all letters and exclude all dashes and spaces. The case number will be provided by the court on the documents you received.
Once you find the correct case, click on the “Add to My Cases” button.
Confirm how you want to receive notifications and identify whether you are a party to the case or an interested party.
Why am I not receiving E-Notify alerts? There are a number of possible reasons why you are not receiving notifications. Please watch the instructional video to ensure you have completed the entire process. You can also call our office for assistance.
When will I receive E-Notify alerts? Unless you opt out, by default you will receive alerts 14 days, 7 days and 1 day before court events.
What types of cases can I receive notifications on? Currently, there are three (3) types of non-juvenile criminal cases you can receive notifications on:
Felony cases
Misdemeanor cases
Criminal Traffic cases
Is there a cost for E-Notify? There is no fee or cost to sign up for the E-Notify service but there may be message and/or data fees charged by your mobile provider depending on your mobile plan.

The Levy County Clerk of Court has partnered with the Florida Association of Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC) and a private vendor named TurboCourt to bring the citizens of Levy County a “Do-It-Yourself” Portal for completing forms for certain court case types.
Currently there are four case types that a citizen can complete using TurboCourt DIY Self Help forms. More case types will be available in the future. The links for each are below:

Filing your own forms is easy! Click on the correct link above and follow the instructions. The three steps are:
Step 1 – Where to File
Select the county you want to file your paperwork in. If you live in Levy County you will want to choose “Levy” from the drop-down menu.
Step 2 – Sign Up / Log In
If you are a first-time user, you will need to create an account.
You will receive an email from TurboCourt with tips, links and tutorials.
Step 3 – Complete Forms
Answer the questions as prompted and TurboCourt will walk you through the process.
Print and file your forms.
